Registration is now open for the first online English Language Olympiad “Quests & Tests” on the Education and Technology (NIT) platform, with a grand prize of UAH 50,000.

KIT, in cooperation with the Lviv City Centre for the Professional Development of Teachers and with the support of the Department of Education of the Humanitarian Policy Department of Lviv City Council, is organising a city-wide English Language Olympiad for students in Grades 7–9.

Quests & Tests is a new digital Olympiad format designed for you. You’ll have the chance to win exciting prizes for your knowledge, persistence, and quick thinking. KIT turns Olympiads into an engaging adventure with real rewards.

The Olympiad will be held in two stages: 17 and 25 February 2023.

Stage I — Online

All students in Grades 7–9 can compete for valuable prizes by paying the participation fee and joining the online test on 17 February, between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Test duration: 60 minutes.

Based on the results of Stage I, 10 participants from each grade (7, 8, and 9) who achieve the highest number of correct answers in the shortest time will be invited to Stage II.

Stage II — Offline (Final)

Stage II will take place on 25 February 2023 at 11:00 AM, in a festive atmosphere organised by KIT for the finalists at Lviv Tech City.

In a safe environment, participants will face engaging challenges and compete for prizes.

Prizes (per grade level)

1st place — UAH 50,000

2nd place — UAH 20,000

3rd place — UAH 10,000

In addition, all Stage II finalists will receive valuable gifts.

To participate, students must carefully read the rules and complete the payment. Participation is voluntary.
