New feature updates on the Education and Technology (NIT) platform

New features

• Added a new “Student Movement” feature (available in the Class Profile), which enables transferring students between groups, classes, and educational institutions.
• Implemented automatic transfer of student withdrawal/transfer records from the Student Movement section to the Consolidated Academic Performance Register.
• Added the ability to unlink a student profile from an educational institution in the Users section.
• Introduced an option to generate class gradebooks for the 1st semester, 2nd semester, or the full academic year.
• Updated the PDF format of class gradebooks in accordance with current requirements.

General updates

• In the Student General Information section, it is now possible to add parent / legal guardian information without creating a separate profile.
• For users with Administrator or Class Teacher permissions, the Attendance Tracking section now displays group information when viewing detailed absence records.
• Added a “Withdrawn” status label next to a student’s name in the Consolidated Academic Performance Register.
• Enabled data export in PDF and XLS formats in the Users section.
• Added the ability to download any section of the class gradebook for any selected period within the academic year.

These updates are designed to further streamline administrative workflows and improve data accuracy across the Education and Technology (NIT) platform.
